Potcast 128 & 129: The Healing Conversation

I hugged it out with uncertainty many years ago, but it doesn’t mean I don’t still feel it and wrestle with it from time to time. I knew if I needed support right now that you probably do, too.

What follows is a healing conversation with my soul sister, Edi Osborne. We explore breath, truth, consciousness, plant medicine, and bringing peace to our planet. It only takes 3.5% of a population to create a shift. And we’re well on our way. We hope you’re inspired to join us.

Edi Osborne is a Sacred Witness; a seer and channeler. She sees the world through the lens of love. That coupled with her business background as a thought leader in strategic performance measurement and feedback collection, informs her work with Of One Breath, the non-profit she founded that’s devoted to bringing consciousness and peace to the planet.

Just before the “shelter in place” directive in the Bay Area, I road tripped to Carmel Valley for a healing session with my soul sister, Edi Osborne. Cannabis has been Edi’s greatest teacher and guide, as she brings shift-enabling tools and technology to the world.

Edi and her team are releasing tools and training on bringing civility to the human discourse. These tools include the BELove mobile app currently in development. And The Healing Conversation; a workshop for individuals and families offering five pattern interrupting questions that bridge the curse of certainty to a field of pure potentiality.

Edi Nugs of Wisdom from the Healing Conversation:

  • Bias is when we outsource our truth. Love is when we insource truth.

  • All betrayal is self-betrayal.

  • Find, acknowledge, and return to your conscious anchor points, those foundational moments where you discovered another layer of your true self

  • Love is a boundary. Fear is an untended boundary.

  • Boundaries are the distance between you and me where I can love us both fully.

Join the Breathtaking Movement of Love!

The vision for the future is to teach others how to facilitate The Healing Conversation for their own healing path as well as a tool to be shared in community.

On Potcast 129: The Healing Conversation - Part Two, Edi walks us through the five pattern interrupting questions that bridge the “curse of certainty” with the field of “pure potentiality.”
